  1. Traction: The startup must demonstrate traction through paid customers, user base growth, proof of concepts (POCs), partnerships, or other relevant indicators of market validation.
  2. Market Focus: The startup must offer products or solutions targeted at the North American market.
  3. Funding: The startup must have raised at least $250K in funding.
  4. Founder Location: Founders must be based in the United States.
  5. Application Deadline: October 18, 2025
